Kelly and I became friendly after I photographed the Florida Renaissance Festival for a few years, since she’s a performer as a Renfaerie, and became fast friends after getting to know each other. She is so sweet and will be a wonderful mommy to her little bundle of joy who will make his way into the world next month!
We did the session at Orchid Park in Coral Springs, FL – which while complete with gorgeous trees and beautiful light, was also filled with hundreds of mosquitos and spiders – not a fun time for me since I hate bugs. Thankfully, Kelly and her fiance Eric are creatures of nature and adore the outdoors, so they didn’t mind a bit and our session was 100% a success! :)
I photographed Kelly wearing her Faerie garb so that she could always remember this special and MAGICAL time in her life. I hope you enjoy the images from her maternity session – and don’t forget to check back later this summer for photos of Baby F! :)
