Now, the final chapter in Melissa & Mike’s wedding day! But not the last one, as we still have their Day-After Session in West Palm Beach to post later. :)
Sooo, at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Beach there is this little child’s play area which is a pirate ship, and when Melissa told me about it, I knew we could do some fun photos there. We ended up creating two of my newest favorite images, both of which are featured in this blog entry.
The remaining images are from Melissa & Mike’s amazing reception. I had many favorite parts.
Favorite #1: Their grand entrance began with their first dance: The TANGO. One of the hottest dances that a couple could dance on their wedding day! Seriously, every couple should learn the tango and do it for their first dance.
Favorite #2: The Toasts. Melissa’s dad gave a beautiful, heartfelt toast about how everything in Melissa’s life had culminated to her meeting Mike – how it was “meant to be.” As you may recall from my first post in this series, I’ve known Melissa since I was 11, and her dad was always very nice to me when I used to come over and play. When he gave his toast, I could tell how much he really loved his daughter and how proud of her and happy for her he was. Hearing his toast made me happy, too! Next up, Mike’s brother… well, I could dedicate an entire post just to his toast. I think you’ll see from the reactions in the photos how hilarious his speech was. Melissa’s bridesmaids were also fantastic, and elicited a lot of emotion from Melissa, Mike, and their guests.
Favorite #3: Seeing all of my old friends from high school and capturing some fun shots of them all having a fantastic time at the wedding! It was fun reconnecting with everyone. I hope you all enjoy Melissa & Mike’s wedding imagery!
